"I started working with Parrish a little over a year ago. Due to an unfortunate series of surgeries on my left ankle and with the approach of one of those “significant” birthdays, I was sadly out of shape and my body was not cooperating with my efforts to shape up. I needed help and motivation and Parrish provided both. In the past year I have lost 30+ pounds, 20+ inches and 7% of my body fat. It was difficult at first since I had no balance or strength on my left side because of so much time spent on crutches and in a walking boot but Parrish was able to work around my balky ankle and find exercises that I could do.
